This is the final call for dynamic individuals with ability, energy and ideas! If this is you, our Travel & Tourism will give you the qualifications you need to succeed in this exciting industry. You'll be taught by tutors with experience of working in the travel industry. You’ll have the opportunity to undertake local, national and international visits, residential visits and work placements

Trips and Visits
Our Travel and Tourism students have enjoyed a range of trips and visits, including:

• A visit to British Airways at Heathrow Airport
• Flamingo Land
• Blackpool
• Carlton Towers

Guest Speakers
A number of guest speakers from airline companies such as Jet2 and Virgin have visited the college to speak to students. First Officer, Jack Walker, from easyJet recently visited the College to speak about his journey in becoming a pilot, including how he applied and what a typical day looks like for him.

Our Travel & Tourism students also got a taste of what it's like to work for one of the UK's largest airlines, as they embarked on a work experience day with Jet2.com & Jet2holidays at its headquarters at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Former Travel & Tourism student Emma Newbould recently visited current students to give them insight into her career as an air hostess with Virgin. Emma spoke about the day in the life of cabin crew and the amazing places her job has taken her.
