If you would like to leave feedback or make a complaint about any aspect of Selby College, its facilities, services or staff conduct, you can do so by writing to the Quality Manager, c/o Selby College, Abbot’s Road, Selby, YO8 8AT. Alternatively email complaints@selby.ac.uk or call 01757 211153.

The Complaints Process is in 3 stages:

Reception and Student Services staff are there to assist anyone wishing to make a complaint in any way they can in ensuring that a problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.
