Traineeships are a route to paid work - offering learners the chance to impress a potential employer through work placement and linked projects.
In addition to this, a structured College programme will provide engaging project work which can enable trainees to develop a range of transferable skills valued by employers, whilst providing them further support with their English, maths and digital skills.
