What can I do after the course?

The Access to Higher Education Diploma prepares you for study at degree level. If you would like to go to university then the Access to Higher Education course is the ideal course for you.

Entry requirements

GCSE English at Grade C/4 or above.

Most universities expect students to have grade C/4 in Mathematics when they apply for their Higher Education course and many are no longer accepting other Level 2 equivalents in literacy and numeracy. You are advised to check the requirements with your chosen higher education institution. Students applying for health care related courses are also likely to need a Grade C/4 in GCSE Science.
