The NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Knowledge is a qualification designed for anyone working (or looking at working) in a customer service setting. It will give learners the knowledge they need to provide an excellent service to customers and forms the knowledge aspect of the apprenticeship in Customer Service.

Completion within 12 weeks, although early completion is achievable
The course is delivered via distance learning, by the use of workbooks and a range of on-line assessments. These are assessed by the tutor throughout the programme from induction to completion.
The Certificate in Customer Service Knowledge consists of 3 units (3 workbooks),
- Unit 1 Understanding the organisation
- Unit 2 Prepare to deliver excellent customer service
- Unit 3 Communication in the customer service role
Free of Charge if completed on-line or £25 if learner wants to complete the assessments paperbased
(A fee of £100.00 per person will apply if the learner fails to complete within the allocated timeframe or withdraws from programme)
