The College Equality and Diversity Strategy Group is chaired by the Deputy Principal.
- The membership of the Strategy Group includes a cross section of individuals, representing a broad range of views, interests and relevant specialisms within and external to the College.
Core Purpose:
- To monitor compliance with equality and diversity legislation and provide a proactive approach to monitoring, challenging positively, influencing and changing the culture of the College.
The Strategy Group is informed and supported by a Working Group which is chaired by the Director of Curriculum and Support.
- The membership of the Working Group is a cross section of individuals, representing a broad range of views, interests and relevant specialisms within and external to the College.
Core Purpose:
- To actively promote and value dignity, respect, equality and diversity among students, staff, governors, employers and other stakeholders and to ensure that these principles are reflected and implemented by the College.
